Opportunities

Track sales and partnership opportunities through the pipeline with tasks and revenue projections.

Opportunity pipeline

  1. Navigate to CRM → Opportunities.
  2. Click Add Opportunity.
  3. Provide: title, contact, expected value, probability, and stage.
  4. Move opportunities through stages as they progress.

Tasks and activities

Each opportunity supports:

  • Tasks (OpportunityTask) — action items with due dates and assignees.
  • Activities (Activity) — logged interactions (calls, meetings, emails) with notes and outcomes.

Revenue tracking

Set expected value and close probability per opportunity. The CRM dashboard aggregates pipeline value by stage and projected close date.
