Hiring Pipeline

Track candidates through customizable hiring stages.

Hiring stages

Define the stages of your hiring process: Application Received → Phone Screen → Technical Interview → Offer → Hired (or Rejected). Stages are configured per organization.

Candidate tracking

  1. Navigate to People → Hiring.
  2. Click Add Candidate.
  3. Provide: name, email, position applied for, and current stage.
  4. Move candidates between stages as the process progresses.
  5. Each stage transition is logged with timestamp and notes.

When a candidate is hired, they can be converted to a user record, which triggers the onboarding workflow.
