Track candidates through customizable hiring stages.
Hiring stages¶
Define the stages of your hiring process: Application Received → Phone Screen → Technical Interview → Offer → Hired (or Rejected). Stages are configured per organization.
Candidate tracking¶
- Navigate to People → Hiring.
- Click Add Candidate.
- Provide: name, email, position applied for, and current stage.
- Move candidates between stages as the process progresses.
- Each stage transition is logged with timestamp and notes.
When a candidate is hired, they can be converted to a user record, which triggers the onboarding workflow.
